A detailed health history, Medical Symptom Questionnaire (MSQ), and complete health timeline review. We map your full health story — from childhood illnesses and major life events to current symptoms and previous diagnoses.
Most of our patients have seen 3-7 providers before finding us. We want to know everything — including what other doctors have told you and what treatments you've tried.
Advanced Diagnostics
Labs ordered based on your unique presentation. We use 3x4 Genetics, DUTCH Plus, GI-MAP, Metabolomix+, and custom panels to get a complete picture of your biochemical terrain. Not a 5-marker blood panel — the full story your body has been trying to tell.
Our diagnostic approach is comprehensive by design. We would rather know too much than miss the key driver of your symptoms because we didn't look deeply enough.
